請假規定
- 每4堂課可以請假1次。
- 最晚須於課前兩小時完成請假手續。
- 請假成立後無法取消。
- 如請假次數使用完畢，將無法請假。
- 如遇老師請假，課程將自動順延。
- 本公司無補調課機制，學員請勿於私下與老師補調課；若學員與老師私下補調課造成的堂數爭議，本公司概不負責。
退費規則
未開始使用該期堂數(包含請假次數)：
- 於付款日7天內申請退費：須扣除行政費用500元與跨行轉帳手續費15元後，退還剩餘費用。
- 於付款日30日內申請退費：須扣除行政費用500元與跨行轉帳手續費15元後，退還餘額之80%。
- 於付款日超過30日申請退費：須扣除行政費用500元與跨行轉帳手續費15元後，退還餘額之70%。
已開始使用該期堂數：
- 上課未逾三分之二，單堂費用*剩餘堂數*70% (小數點無條件進位)。
- 上課逾三分之二：恕無法申請退費。
Leave Policy
Students are allowed up to 1 leave requests for every 4 sessions.
Leave requests must be submitted at least 2 hours before the class starts.
Once a leave request is approved, it cannot be canceled.
No further leave requests will be accepted once the allotted leave quota has been used.
If the instructor is absent, the session will be automatically rescheduled.
The company does not provide make-up or rescheduling arrangements. Students should not privately arrange make-up sessions with instructors. The company is not responsible for any disputes arising from privately arranged sessions between students and instructors.
Refund Policy
Before Any Sessions Are Used (including leave usage):
- Refund requested within 7 days of payment:
After deducting an administrative fee of NT$500 and any international remittance fees (based on the actual amount), the remaining balance will be refunded. - Refund requested within 30 days of payment:
After deducting an administrative fee of NT$500 and any international remittance fees (based on the actual amount), 80% of the remaining balance will be refunded. - Refund requested after 30 days from payment:
After deducting an administrative fee of NT$500 and any international remittance fees (based on the actual amount), 70% of the remaining balance will be refunded.
After Sessions Have Started:
- If less than two-thirds of the sessions have been completed:
Refund = (Price per session × Remaining sessions × 70%)
(Amount is rounded up to the nearest whole number.) - If more than two-thirds of the sessions have been completed:
No refund will be issued.
